Another minor achievement today. I have finally managed to do 10,000 steps before getting into the office this morning at 8am. The dancing in the morning when I wake up, and the walking to work have finally paid off. Now I have it as part of my routine I suppose there is no going back. Well for this month anyway. I am hoping to slow down next month, before upping the step count again. My objective for this month is also to get my highest step count as well. At 661k steps for the month so far I am only 1000 steps behind last months record so I expect to equal my highest count today with two days to go. Maybe I will hit 700,000 steps this month. Fingers crossed. Wish me luck. 🙂
