Online Classes can be catered to Groups, so Training With Friends And Family Is Not A Problem. These Classes Are Usually In The Form Of Circuit Training. Not HIIT in the strictest Terms, But Similar None The Less. YouTube, Facebook, I Am Happy To Cater To Your Preferred Platform.
Four Classes Every Week
Four Weekly Classes. Tuesdays and Saturdays are geared towards Bodyweight Exercises, and Thursdays and Sundays are Free-weight Exercises. Bring your own weights, I am happy to advise relative to the exercises I will do on the day.

Classes can also be catered to a group of 5 to 10 on whatever medium you prefer, be it YouTube, Facebook, Zoom etc. I am always happy to discuss your needs.
