How many times a week should you exercise, and how long should your workouts be? It’s crucial to factor in rest days too.
I saw this question posed online, and was very sceptical about the advice before I read some of the articles, but to be honest I have to admit it was a pleasant surprise to be wrong.
The intensity you train at can vary, but you can find advice on how often you should train, and rest days, and to be honest they do provide advice on the results you can expect depending on the type of workouts you do.
So I reckon it is worth having a read to get some advice. Not as intense as some of my workouts, but there are many that are far more intense than me.
