Saw this write up warning about the dangers of avoiding eating red meat so thought I would share it with you all.
Basically the macro-nutrients contained in red meat outweigh those you could get from a vegetarian only diet I believe. That is even if you have a perfect and well maintained diet.
Anyway, if you need to eat the most nutritious parts of meat you can find, try liver, kidneys and heart.. Yes I can see the look on your face right now. Not as well liked as a piece of steak, but far higher in nutrition.
