Back from 2 hours in the gym, and not feeling hungry after all that cardio. Salmon in the fridge about to go bad so I guess it’s that and some mange tout and beans then. Strange feeling eating a meal without some potatoes or rice, but I just do not feel like it today. You might say I am being pretty healthy, but after expending so much energy in the gym why don’t I feel like I need to pack in a lot of carbs?
