Is cutting soya from your diet the secret to good health? It seems like a strange question to ask, but apparently that was what I was reading in the Independent the other day. I just took it for granted that soya was one of the good foods to be eating, but apparently a lot of people are now saying that if processed it can have a detrimental effect on your health. As usual we will have two sides to the story, one saying the change since cutting out soya has been dramatic, and the other saying is has made no difference whatsoever. To be honest I do not knowingly eat the stuff as I do not really like it in any form. So I cannot comment on the article. I know a lot of people do eat it though, so thought it was worth passing the information on.
