So I have been a bit tired over the past couple of weeks and had put it down to not getting enough sleep. Turns out there was probably another reason I had not taken into account. Seems like I broke my record for the most number of steps in a month in July.
There are 31 days this month so that may be part of the reason why, but I was still averaging over 21,000 steps a day. Phew.. I was trying to get my average up to 20,000 so I passed that milestone without even realising it.
Anyway, a nice piece of news to end the day..
