Well I finally managed to find a way to include stretching in my circuits, so at the end of my circuit today we completed 12 minutes of stretching. I succeeded in putting a few ideas together, and by the time we finished training I had a few suggestions from the people training with me. Great! we will do better next week.
If you have looked in more detail at the idea behind my logo, you will be aware that being flexible, or stretching, is one of the key four elements of becoming Circuit Strong.
So for me this is getting closer to my idea of being the best that I can be from a health perspective.
Looking forward to having a few better ideas for next week now.
