At a time in my life when I thought I needed a change, I decided to see if I could be the best that I could be, both mentally and physically. 18 months later, I had realised a change that I did not really think existed, and was possible for someone living in a crazy city like London.
I am fitter, stronger, and far healthier than I imagined I could be. I also have a level of mental calmness, and contentment that I did not think was possible.
As someone who believed he was in good physical shape (for his age), I had not expected many gains or much progress by making a few changes to my routine health or well being. I am pleased to say I surprised myself, and in the process began to see a series of changes not only physically, by more importantly mentally.
