Home: Class lasting approximately 90 minutes
Includes: 5 Minute Warm Up / 20+ Minute Cool Down and Stretch
Requirements: You, your body and any weights you may have

SIX FREEWEIGHT CIRCUITS
9 MODULES PER CIRCUIT
50 SECONDS PER MODULE WITH 10 SECONDS REST
1 MINUTES REST AT THE END OF EACH CIRCUIT

No weights? grab some cans or bottles of water from the kitchen. They will provide some resistance while you get used to the routines.
