Don’t be afraid of what you see. I usually have at least three alternatives to all the exercises I do. So anyone training with me can complete exercises that are less challenging. Also all Free-weight exercises can be completed without weights, and will be far lower impact if that is what you prefer. Download and install Jitsi Meet (https://jitsi.org/jitsi-meet/) to your phone to access my training sessions. Or, access the links on your laptop or desktop computer via Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. I usually send access details 30 minutes before a session starts.
