A quiet week for everyone but we still managed to get some training done.

Training Sunday 22nd October

A Good solid weekend of training. Including skipping with the battle rope, and carrying a sack on my back. Have to check out how much it actually weights before I do that again though. Anyway, there was very little talking as we all seemed to be focused on our training. I am getting more used to training with ankle weights as well so all in all plenty of positives for everyone there.

A quiet week for everyone but we still managed to get some training done.

Training Sunday 15th October

A very eventful weekend of training for all as we looked at variations on exercises. We also upped our challenges which included wearing ankle weights, skipping with a climbing rope, and carrying a sack and  squatting during our shuttle runs. Unfortunately the stretching did not go as well as we would have hoped as the small room was closed. Not a lot of stretching I am afraid.

Training Sunday 8th October

A good weekends training. A 45 minute training session on Saturday followed by the big one on Sunday.. No weights on my ankles today as I guess you could say they have been weighing me down.

A looong training session today.. Wearing these weights all day is taking its toll. May have to manage them for the next couple of weeks as it is quite tiring. Anyway. It was still a good session. And manage to do some stretching at the end as well so managed to end on a good note.
