The last training day of the month. Feeling a bit tired, but it is a 90 minute circuit. Got some stretching in, and finally learnt a bit more about uploading images to my website. Note to self. Go back and reduce the sizes 75% !!

<h3>Training 29th July 2017</h3>
<p>That's another 45 minute training session over with. Tomorrow is the last one of the month.</p>
<h3>Training 23rd July 2017</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Finally!! The first Sunday that I have managed to add stretching to the end of the circuit. I have had to reduce each line of the circuit from 13 exercises to 12 so we could use the extra 6 minutes for a stretching routine. Hopefully the first of many. We all enjoyed it, and I had many suggestions for stretching exercises we can do in the future. Oh! and I forgot to mention our photo bomber on the left. Next time you will be forced to take part in the session.. lol..</p>
<h3>Training 22nd July 2017</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Not a bad training session today. Have to cut the circuit to 3 sets of 12 one minute exercises to make sure we do not get in the way of the class that comes after. A warm up for the big one on Sunday.</p>
<h3>Training 16th July 2017</h3>
<p>16th July. Only 5 on the Sunday (one left early...). A bit warm, but a good session. I was glad when it was over, seemed a bit harder than usual.</p>
<h3>Training 15th July 2017</h3>
<p>15th July. Seven of us Today. Finished my circuit and then on to do some weights and some time on the punchbag.</p>
<h3>Training 8th and 9th July 2017</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">8th and 9th July. Had some new face join us over the two days.. Hopefully they will be back sometime soon.</p>
